Francesco Panigarola (1548–1594) was an Italian Catholic Archbishop, preacher, and writer during the late Renaissance. He was born in Busto Arsizio, Lombardy, Italy. Panigarola was known for his eloquent and persuasive preaching, and he held various ecclesiastical positions throughout his life.
One of his notable roles was serving as the Archbishop of Rossano from 1588 until his death in 1594. As a bishop, he was involved in the governance of the Church and played a significant role in promoting religious reforms.
Francesco Panigarola was also a prolific writer. He authored several works, including sermons, treatises, and devotional writings. His works often focused on moral and spiritual themes, reflecting the religious and intellectual concerns of his time.
