All returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of arrival. The date of arrival being the date when the item was handed to the buyer. The buyer will be refunded as soon as the purchased items are shipped. In case the 30th day of the date of arrival is not a working day then the policy is extended to the first next working day.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 5-10% (applicable only to item prices, not shipping) at our discretion.
Refunds for purchases made with non-FIAT will be subject to a flat 8% fee and users will be refunded in FIAT currency via PayPal or bank transfer to the amount in FIAT currency that was paid on the time of the purchase.

Buyers are entitled to a partial refund in case the item ordered arrived damaged in transit. For a customer to be eligible for a partial refund they must submit: 2 photos showing the damage on the packaging and 1-3 photos of the item showing the damage and discrepancies with the condition of the item and the items product page on this website.
Buyers are entitled to a full refund in case items they ordered never arrived. A written request can be made 40 days after the date of sending. 14 days after the date of filing, in case the item is not found the buyer is entitled to a full refund. Restocking fee doesn’t apply.
The refund policy doesn’t apply in case items are shipped via courier service.
