This collection of poems groups together Russian poets from 19th and 20th century under an umbrella term of Russian Parnassus, in reference to the Greek Mountain Parnassus, home of the Muses from Greek mythology, also referencing a literary French movement of the same name. Some of the poets featured in this collection are Alexander Blok, Mikhail Lermontov, Aleksandr Pushkin, and many more.
