Domenico Cavallari (Garopoli, October 7, 1724 – Naples , October 7 1781 ) was a lawyer, academic and a priest in the Kingdom of Naples. In 1764 he published the first part of his principal work, Institutiones iuris canonici (Institutions of Canon Law); due to the counter-reformist censorship the other two parts were published with considerable delay.
