The third book from the series is about Milos Obrenovic, a participant in the First Serbian uprising against the Ottomans and leader of the second. He was Prince of Serbia on two occasions (from 1815 to 1829 and 1850 to 1860) and the founder of the House of Obrenovic. Under his rule, Serbia became an autonomous principality within the Ottoman Empire. Prince Miloš ruled autocratically, permanently refusing to share power. During his rule, he was the richest man in Serbia and one of the richest in the Balkans.
