Beogradska Zadruga – Poster of the Belgrade Cooperative
A reprint of a poster showing the founders of the Belgrade Cooperative. This item is reprint from the ’70 or ’80 commemorating the foundation of the institution. The Belgrade cooperative for mutual help and savings (Beogradska zadruga za meÄ‘usobno pomaganje i Å¡tednj) was founded in 1882 on the initiative of a group of Belgrade merchants. The intention of the group was to enable members of the middle social class to take favorable loans, as well as to finance various commercial activities. The building of the Beogradska Zadruga currently holds the status of Cultural monument of great importance in Serbia as of 1979.

Size of print: 69 x 25,5 cm (unfolded); 35 x 25,5 cm (folded).
Year: 1970′ – 1980′.
Condition: Signs of folding, some paper yellowing and crumpling, minor signs of wear visible in the photos. In very good condition.
