Original large vintage poster from Yugoslavia painted by the renowned artist Matija Zlamalik. The poster was made for the Artist Pavilion exhibition held on 20 October 1945 and organized by the Serbian Fine Artist Association (Udruženje likovnih umetnika Srbije – ULUS)

Zlamalik Matija (1905-1965) was a painter, graphic artist, cartoonist, designer notes and postage stamps. His particular contribution is reflected in the field of applied art – in the design of banknotes, posters, emblems, and the most postage stamps. Year 1960. American Life magazine named his design of a Yugoslav postal stamp for the best in the world.

Size: 100 x 70 cm
Condition: The poster exhibits signs of folding, pieces of the left corners are missing, tear on the top edge (14cm), tear along the folding line on the bottom edge (15cm), minor tears on the margins, restored with paper repair tape.
