Size: 22, 5 x 16 cm. Pp. 280 + numerous plates with photo illustrations + 3 colored folding maps (see the pictures) kept two specially made pockets at beginning and end of the book.

For the condition see the scan. Some plates detached from the spine, edges slightly wrinkled, but a good copy. Frontispiece large plate illustration torn on both folding lines, but in one piece.
