Valeriano Luigi Brera was an Italian physician and pathologist. He was a head of Clinical and Medical Pathology department at the University of Padua, where he conducted this research, along with many others. He also spread the use of jodium in therapy and introduced the use of administering some medications in the form of frictions.
Binding: Late 19th century giltstamped leather binding, with giltstamped spine and a sticker on the spine. Signs of wear and ageing.
Condition: Foxing and signs of wear on most pages and a plate.
